La sua lucentezza, la sua trasparenza, la perfezione delle forme e la sottile costituzione esaltano il colore del vino (la sua veste) e non interferiscono sul bouquet ed il sapore, ma a seconda delle forme, sono in grado di esaltarli. Il bicchiere da vino non deve essere il protagonista, ma la perfetta "spalla" per l'attore principale della tavola.Questi bicchieri sono a forma di calice per permettere l'impugnatura senza toccare il bevante (calice) e dare la possibilità al degustatore di non avvicinare troppo la mano alla bocca senza modificare la temperatura di servizio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Ogni vino, per esprimersi e poter dare il massimo di se stesso, ha bisogno di un bicchiere che ne esalti le caratteristiche, così la Flute per gli spumanti secchi mette in evidenza il perlage (fontanelle di bollicine), la grande coppa servirà per esaltare ed arricchire i bouquets dei vini rossi importanti. Per finire una importante annotazione: il bicchiere per l'acqua dovrà essere un semplice tumbler (bicchiere da bibita) e non il più capace dei bicchieri da vino!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;IL BICCHIERE GIUSTO PER IL VINO GIUSTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Innanzi tutto occorre precisare che i vini bianchi, rosati o spumanti vanno serviti nella confezione di origine e possibilmente in un recipiente o in secchiello con ghiaccio per mantenerli freschi a temperatura per tutta la durata del pasto. Se il vino è molto invecchiato travasare lentamente facendo attenzione a non miscelare la posa con il vino, ma tenerla sempre sul fondo. Oltre a questo effettuiamo una potatura annuale delle viti, togliendo i vecchi rami che hanno fruttificato l'anno prima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Dopo la raccolta, portiamo l'uva nei locali dove sarà pigiata e dove le verranno tolti i grappi. Come risultato abbiamo una mistura formata da liquidi(mosto), bucce e semi. Successivamente separiamo il mosto dagli altri elementi facendolo schiacciare attraverso il torchio. Il liquido che otteniamo viene poi arricchito con anidride solforosa, che serve a tenere sotto controllo lieviti e batteri (processo di solfitazione). A questo punto mettiamo il vino a riposo affinchè avvengano le reazioni chimiche che ne cambiano sapore e aroma e ne controlliamo la ossidazione, per ottenere un vino di alta qualità quale il nostro. Dopo questo processo facciamo le operazioni di travaso(3-4 nel primo anno, 2 in quelli successivi), le quali servono ed eliminare il lievito presente nel vino ed a renderlo più limpido. Dopo questi lunghi processi arriva finalmente il momento di imbottigliare il nostro "nettare", questo processo ha luogo nel mese di settembre, il più propizio. Riempiamo le nostre bottiglir perfettamente pulite e asciutte e, appena sono piene, le tappiamo a scopo di non far danneggiare il vino con l'aria. Le nostre bottiglie naturalmente sono in vetro scuro, per limitare l'effetto delle radiazioni ultraviolette, che costituiscono un danno per il vino. Finito il processo di imbottigliamento, mettiamo le nostre bottiglie in posizione verticale su appositi scaffali e, dopo 48 ore, le mettiamo in posizione orizzontale affinchè non resti troppa aria fra tappo e liquido.
